General Terms of Use of Sport Easy Membership Card (Ver：December 2022)

1. Sport Easy Membership Card is owned by the Sports Bureau. Use of the Sport Easy Membership Card constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions of the Sport Easy Membership Program.
2. Holders of Macao Resident ID, Special Stay Permit, Non-resident Worker’s Identification Card or Macao Student Card (applicable only to non-local student studying in Macao SAR) is eligible to apply for Sport Easy Membership Card.
3. Applicants or those aged under 18 years old and their guardian shall provide authentic, up-to-date and complete personal data.
4. Sport Easy Members is entitled to benefits and privileges launched by the Sport Easy Program.
5. Sport Easy Membership Card for users above 18 years old is valid for 5 years while members with Special Stay Permit, Non-resident Worker’s Identification Card or Macao Student Card (applicable only to non-local student studying in Macao SAR) will have their membership card expired once their legal stay period in Macao SAR ends.
6. Members aged under 18 years old shall renew their personal photo and data every 3 years until 18 years old while members aged over 18 years old shall renew their personal data in case of any updates.
7. Sport Easy Member shall:
   1. Comply with the request by Sports Bureau staff to present membership card for registration when hiring and using the sports facilities;
   2. Keep the personal membership card properly.
8. In case of loss of the membership card, members shall present their Macao Resident ID, Special Stay Permit, Non-resident Worker’s Identification Card or Macao Student Card (applicable only to non-local student studying in Macao SAR) in person at the Sports Bureau or Sport Easy Service Desk at Tap Seac Multisport Pavilion to report loss and apply for temporary membership card. A 15-day temporary membership card will be issued after approval. To pick up the official membership card, applicants shall present their temporary membership card and identification card at designated venue.
9. Sport Easy Member shall not:
   1. Transfer or lend the membership card to others with or without any compensation;
   2. Reveal the online account and password to others. If any unusual situation is found, such as illegal use from others or any damage that may cause system insecurity, members shall inform Sports Bureau immediately.
10. Members shall comply with the general terms of use of the Sport Easy Membership Card, "General Rules of Using Sports Facilities Managed by Sports Bureau" and relevant special rules of sports facilities. In case of any violation, Sports Bureau has the right to perform the following act after hearing statement from the member:
    1. For first time violation, the membership card will be blocked for 1 to 6 months due to the severity of the violation;
    2. Membership card is subject to cancellation if violation occurs again.
11. If the violation of the general terms of use of the Sport Easy membership card appears to commit one or more crimes regulated in Law No 11/2009 (Law on Computer Crime Combat), Sports Bureau shall immediately:
    1. File a criminal complaint to the competent authorities;
    2. Suspend the Sport Easy membership card as a provisional measure before the the completion of the respective criminal proceedings.
12. Re-application will be accepted 1 year after the decision of cancellation is made.
13. The Sports Bureau reserves the right to the final decision and revision of all terms and conditions listed above.
