- Applicants must hold a Macao resident ID card, a Macao student card Only applicable to non-locals studying in Macao, a special stay permit or non-resident worker identity card. Applicants must submit the completed form in person, along with a copy of their identity card and one recent colour identity photo of size 1.5 x 1.5 inch (minimum 500 kilo pixels), to the Sports Bureau from Monday to Friday between 4:00pm and 8:00pm (except local holidays) or Tap Seac Multisport Pavilion from Monday to Sunday between 4:00pm and 8:00pm.
- Upon submitting the application and required documents, applicants will be issued with a temporary membership card on the same day. Applicants will be notified by telephone when to collect their official membership card at the location selected in their application form.
- Members applying at the same time for an online account should note of the following items:
- Because the service involves online payment with a credit card, applicants under the age of 18 must enter details of their guardian on the application form and submit a copy of the guardian's ID card for verification.
To activate their account, applicants enter a registered email address as the account name and the activation code provided by the Sports Bureau. After logging on, members can reset the account name and password in order to fully exercise their rights and interests as "Sport Easy" members.
Note: Applicants who submitted their form at UM Stadium (N9) or Olympic Sport Center- Stadium(Table Tennis), will be notified by telephone and can pick up the membership card at the same location, the application process will be completed at least 3 working days.
